Taste of Fly Creek Series features Bittersweet Herb Farm- June 21
Bittersweet Herb Farm will present Chef Randy Tomasacci for a focused tasting of their flavorful finishing sauces at the Fly Creek Cider Mill’s Taste of Fly Creek Series, Saturday, June 21.
Using Lemon Garlic and Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauces he will teach guests how to make great-tasting dishes fast and simple. Recipes and special offers will be available to all participants.
Chef Randy grew up in the food business by working along side his father in a bakery at age 12. During his college years, he improved his craft by working with exceptional chefs in restaurants and pastry shops on Long Island and in New York City. He also has worked as a sous chef and 18 years in the gift industry.
Sampling hours are 10:00 – 4:00. No Fee. Free Parking.
